The bachelor in Economics offered at UNISC aims at training ethical, respectful, creative and understanding professionals who will be able to work cooperatively and will be committed to society and all its transformation needs.

The Economics Alumni are able to understand reality and develop new technologies based on the identification and resolution of issues, taking into account every aspect related to it, whether it is political, economic, cultural, social or environmental.

Therefore, the course has among its main goals, stimulating critical thinking and creative independence, exercising basic approaches through quantitative methods, which are indispensable for technical-professional training. Thus, this undergraduate course offers a set of courses and activities that ensure the students’ training and help them building skills in specific areas of expertise such as: agribusiness, international economics, environment and corporate finance.
